However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to receive a refund as long as the product is in the original condition, undamaged, and unworn. Returns are accepted within 15 days of your order shipment date. However, all sales are final for all accessories, swimwear, undergarments, intimates and tights, make ups, and any other beauty products.

Please make sure that the goodies are in perfect condition and well-packaged when returning them back to us. All original tags must be attached. Additionally, our footwear products must be in its original shoebox. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

To make exchanges fast and easy, please login to our website and place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange. You will need to complete the checkout, make a payment, and it will be shipped to you with ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

1. Send us an email regarding the return with your product information.
2. To receive a refund, please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and sending out the package back to us.
3. Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and include a copy of your order confirmation page within the package. If you misplaced your invoice, please send an email to let us know.
4. Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package and make sure that there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it. Jot down the tracking number to keep track of its’ progress.
5. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.

  1. The merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. The merchandise must be in new or unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Footwear products’ returns must include the original shoebox without postage labels or tape attached. If you’re unable to comply, you can be subject up to 50% restocking fee. Please also note that all apparel returns must include the original plastic package with barcodes on the bag.
  4. If the merchandise is worn or with missing content, you may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If you’d like to cancel your order that has been returned to us, you will be handling the shipping fee. It’ll also be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

If you have chosen Standard Ground Shipping and you are not in when your parcel arrives, it is up to the shipping carrier whether they feel it is safe to leave the package or require a signature. If you’ve chosen Expedited Shipping and you are not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
